So Asher is dealing with Armageddon like conditions. Basically a horrible disaster has struck making it impossible to get food or be safe. Asher meets meets a mother and daughter who give him he will to fight. He decides to fight for food dot them but things don't go as planned.
I thought this story was good. I was a little confused since I hadn't read anything else but loved what I read. The story is written well and keeps yo intrigued. I would recommend reading the other books so you are not so confused.
