Claire is back in town after her father's death and not ready to face everything. Then there is Reece who broke her heart. Claire's father put her in a tight spot and now she has to deal with the past.
I really liked Claire, she was someone you could relate to. She has been through so much and dealing with pain and past is hard. Reece though was probably on of the best leading man in a romance novel. Most of the time the guys never admit they are wrong and its ok. I liked that he seemed real and how someone should be when they make mistakes. They seemed to be like real parents putting their kid first. I loved that I actually felt what they were feeling. I was on an emotional rollercoaster and didn't want to put the book down. I really enjoyed the story and all the characters
