Army life

I haven't got to do much school things with Caleb as I would like but it has been a very busy few weeks. We have been busy getting the house ready for the new baby and dealing with all the fun stuff for the army. We have a little over 2 days left before he leaves and I feel emotional mostly but like there is so much to be done. I guess that's just the mother in me and the worrier.

Apples

So we couldn't go to the apple orchard because it has been such a hot summer that they are not letting people come and pick. So we went to walmart and let him pick out apples and then let him help me make some applesauce. It's more like chunky applesauce but i think now I know to cook them longer and in the crock-pot. But they still tasted amazing. Its been fun this week working with caleb he has enjoyed learning about apples and the letter A.
